Filling up your guest book. As part of our "Family and Friends" concept, we see the family as playing an essential role in the success of our communities. We create communities that friends and families want to visit. Some of the top draws include themed parlors that can serve as social hot spots for all ages and homes to a wide range of activities -- places like a pub fully equipped with Sony PlayStation, gaming tables and a pinball machine and jukebox.
Other special attractions include a billiards room, library, Internet cafe, theater, and a hospitality center stocked with snacks and beverages. Some of our more popular family-oriented activities include pool tournaments, gardening clubs, mother-daughter gathering, trips and outings, and intergenerational programs.
