Company History
Richard Irwin and Loriann Putzier, members of the former senior management team of National Health Management, Inc, formed the company in November 1999. As one of the founding members of the Assisted Living Federation of America, National Health Management was one of the pioneers in the assisted living industry. IntegraCare's founders have developed and managed 15 state-of-the-art assisted living communities, serving over 1,700 residents. They have successfully adapted their organizations and assisted living communities to the evolution of the industry from the social model to the supportive services and integrated health care approach that meets the needs of today's customer.

Company Overview
ICC currently operates nine senior living communities known as: Magnolias of Chambersburg, Magnolias of Lancaster, Newhaven Court at Clearview, Newhaven Court at Lindwood, The Pines of Mount Lebanon, The Residence on Fifth, The Residence at Willow Lane, and Willow Heights. These state-of-the-art independent and assisted living properties will house up to 646 residents and employ 425 people.
