Describe the most difficult situation you have encountered in your career that has required you to demonstrate leadership skills and thinking. What was the outcome?

You have an appointment with a prospect family looking for services at your community. You have had lunch with them, shown them around, given them brochures, and introduced them to other residents. At the end of the appointment, they tell you that they are going to continue looking around at other places and they will call you if they are interested. Tell us what you will say and what your plan of action will be.
