The Enhanced Care Area at The Residence on Fifth has been specifically-designed to allow physically frail residents to remain in the same elegant residential settings while receiving the higher level of care they may need. The Enhanced Care Area offers a special dining and activities room, with activities tailored to each resident's physical abilities. These residents receive the benefits of a higher staffing ratio. The Enhanced Care Area allows residents to age in a place while maintaining their dignity.

Your Accommodations

Each apartment/suite provides residents with privacy, independence and the added security of an easily accessed emergency call system. Residents can furnish their own suites, however each suite comes with a full compliment of furniture, coordinated blinds, valances and comforter.
