IntegraCare Benefits

Listed below are all the benefits for full-time and regular part-time employees for IntegraCare, benefits may vary for each community:

  • 75% of single health insurance for full-time employees the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
  • $10,000 life/accidental death & dismemberment insurance 100% employer-paid the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
  • Dental insurance and vision insurance, premiums withheld on a pre-tax basis, available the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
  • Supplemental life insurance available the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
  • Short Term Disability Insurance available the first of the month following 90 days of employment for full-time employees.
  • Educational Assistance of up to $2,500/year for full-time and $1,250/year for part-time, following 90 days of employment.
  • 401(k) savings plan with an employer match of $.50 on the dollar up to 4% deferred & no vesting period for eligible employees.
  • PA 529 General Savings Plan - employer sponsored college savings plan.
  • Personal day each calendar year for all full-time employees.
  • Paid holidays – 6 for full-time employees.
  • Veteran's Day Holiday - November 11 off with pay extended to all employees who are either a veteran, the spouse of a veteran or  the  parent of a veteran.
  • Paid Birthday Holiday – full-time and part-time employees.
  • Sick time accrual of 6 days for full-time employees & 3 days for part-time employees.
  • Vacation of 1 to 3 weeks for full-time employees and ½ to 1 ½ weeks for part-time employees.
  • Employee Assistance Program - Available to all employees beginning on the day of hire at no cost to the employee.
  • Verizon Wireless Discount Program - All IntegraCare employees are given a 22% discount  on monthly access fees and 25% discount on select accessories
