The ICC Personal Touch

Our 'Personal Touch Program' for employees is designed to help you feel comfortable at your new job right from the start. On your first day, you will be greeted by your 'Personal Touch Mentor,' a member of your community's management team who will show you around and provide the 'ins and outs' of what it is like to be an employee. Your 'Personal Touch Mentor' will buy you lunch your first day and check in to see how you are doing everyday during your first week. Thereafter, you can expect your mentor to check in on you two or three times a week for the next thirty days.
