Second Person/Relative Fee (long-term residents only)	$1,673.00/month
Respite Stays—Per Person Length of stay is a minimum of two weeks.	$130.00/day
Community Fee (Non-Refundable) Community Fee is per person, per Move In.	$1,500.00

Enhanced Care Services
Enhanced assisted living services are available for residents who may need additional assistance, based on assessment. Charges are based on the Resident Functional Assessment Scale and are detailed as follows:
Enhanced Care Level I (or Med Management)	$400.00/month
Enhanced Care Level II	$700.00/month
Enhanced Care Level III	$900.00/month
Enhanced Care Plus Services (Special Needs)	$1,000.00/month

Floor Plans

You'll feel very comfortable relaxing at your new accommodations here at The Pines. Each apartment/suite provides residents with privacy, independence and the added security of an easily accessed emergency call system. Each suite also includes a well-coordinated color scheme, ample closet space, a full bath, individual climate controls, housekeeping and linen services. Residents/families can furnish their own apartment/suite; however, each suite comes with a full compliment of furniture, blinds and bed linens.
