All of our independent living apartments have a balcony and a fully-equipped kitchen including washer and dryer.

Brookview Suites - (Assisted Living) Rate Schedule
All of our assisted living suites come with weekly housekeeping and daily linen service.
Private Studio Suite	$3,042.00/month
One-Bedroom Suite	$3,589.00 - $3,711.00/month
Second Person Relative Fee (long-term residents only)	$1,673.00/month
Respite Stays-Per Person (length of stay is minimum two weeks)	$125.00/day
Community Fee (Non-refundable) Community Fee is per person, per move-in.	$1,800.00

Additional Care Service
Enhanced assisted living services are available for residents who may need additional assistance, based on assessment. Charges are based on the Resident Functional Assessment Scale and are detailed as follows:

Enhanced Care Level II Services	$500.00/month
Enhanced Care Level III Services	$700.00/month
Enhanced Care Plus Services (Special Needs)	$900.00/month
