Team members earn Bronze, Silver, and Gold MAP recognition across 10 communities
IntegraCare celebrated the success of 28 team members during its latest Motivational Advancement Program (MAP) graduation on August 20. The summer class included 20 Bronze, two Silver, and six Gold graduates.
The twice-yearly program gives both full- and part-time employees opportunities to grow professionally while earning additional compensation. Full-time MAP graduates can increase annual pay by $7,280 to $10,400, depending on their program track and performance metrics. Part-time employees who work at least 20 hours weekly also participate and receive proportional compensation.
“The MAP program offers our team members a meaningful path for professional growth, with each phase supported by targeted leadership training that sets them up for long-term success,” said Butch Cassiday, IntegraCare Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. “It’s a demanding journey that requires time, dedication, and a commitment to exceeding personal goals, and I’m incredibly proud of every graduate for embracing that challenge.”
IntegraCare operates 18 senior living communities across three states, with nearly 1,300 hourly employees.
“I also want to sincerely thank our department managers and regional directors. Despite their busy schedules, they continue to mentor and support MAP participants,” Cassiday said. “Their investment in our team’s development makes a lasting impact and exemplifies true leadership.”
Celebrating Community Spirit
In addition to individual awards, IntegraCare recognized community spirit. Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield won the top award for originality, enthusiasm, decorations and teamwork. The Woods at Cedar Run earned runner-up honors, with both communities receiving “Bonusly” points for managers and graduates.
