This SMS Privacy Policy describes how IntegraCare Corporation (“IntegraCare,” “we,” “us”) handles information associated with the text message communications exchanged between individuals and IntegraCare employees using IntegraCare-assigned mobile numbers.

Scope
This policy applies only to SMS communications conducted through IntegraCare’s internal phone system (Microsoft Teams Phone). It does not apply to marketing or lead-generation activities managed by third-party partners (such as Fountain Digital) through other communication channels.

Information We Collect
In the course of SMS communication, we may collect:

– Your mobile phone number
– The content of your messages
– The date, time, and routing information associated with your messages

This information is used solely for conversational, operational, and service-related purposes.

You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP. You may resume by replying START.

Retention
SMS information is retained only as long as necessary to support operational needs, compliance requirements, or legal obligations.

IntegraCare collects opt-in verbally at their locations or over the phone. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time”. They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
