Adopt-A-Stuffie Day

We’re excited to host a very special Furry Friend Adoption Day for our residents, families, and visitors! Thanks to a generous donation from the Boys & Girls Club, we will have a variety of adorable stuffed animals available for residents to “adopt” and take home as their very own cuddly companion. During the event, residents will be able to browse the selection and choose the furry friend that speaks to them. These comforting companions can bring smiles, spark memories, and provide a sense of joy and companionship throughout the day. Families and visitors are also welcome to join in the fun and help their loved ones pick out the perfect new buddy. We’re also grateful to have Sonya from Ascend Hospice joining us during the event. Sonya will be available for any families or visitors who may want to ask questions or learn more about hospice services in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Our hope is that this cheerful event provides a comfortable space where meaningful conversations can happen naturally, while everyone enjoys a lighthearted and uplifting activity together. We look forward to sharing this heartwarming day with our community—full of smiles, cuddles, and a few new furry friendships!
