CLEARFIELD, Pa. – Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield earned IntegraCare’s Gold Level Award for its prompt handling of residents’ callbell requests during the second quarter of 2025.
When a resident needs assistance, whether it’s for routine help or an emergency, they can push a pendant they carry on them. During the quarter, Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield’s team responded in person to each call in an average of 2 minutes, 15 seconds to attain Gold Level status.
“Callbell systems are an essential part of how we care for our residents every day,” said Larry Rouvelas, CEO of IntegraCare, which operates Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield. “They’re not just for emergencies. They’re a reliable way for residents to ask for help with daily routines, whether it’s getting dressed, moving around, or simply needing a hand with something small. We encourage residents to use the callbell whenever they need us.”
Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield earned Gold Level status for a second consecutive quarter after attaining Silver Level during the previous two quarters. Residents’ callbell requests were answered at a 96% success rate during the second quarter this year.

To win Gold, a community needs an Average Response Time under 3 minutes and a Success Rate (calls answered in under 10 minutes) above 95%. To win Silver, a community needs Average Response Time under 4 minutes and Success Rate above 90%.
