Continued Attendance Rewards Celebrations Rolling On
Each year in January we gather as a company across our locations to celebrate the tremendous efforts of our team at our Continued Attendance Rewards (CAR) Program party. There, we honor those team members who earned perfect attendance in the calendar year immediately before and drive a brand new car to one community to gift it to our grand prize winner. Covid-19 has, as you’re aware, changed everything about how we operate, and gathering was not possible in January.
Today, over Teams, we’re virtually celebrating step one of our adjusted version of our Continued Attendance Rewards (CAR) Program. Today’s virtual celebration honors the 33 team members who earned perfect attendance in 2020. Considering the challenges that Covid brought, that’s an even more impressive feat than ever before.
Some of those who served with perfect attendance in 2020 include:
- Magnolias of Chambersburg
- Pauline Delgado, Linda Geer, Chris Herren, Phillis Jones, Lavonda Patterson (A Previous year’s Car Winner!) & Carol Woodring — includes their entire Dining Experience team!
- Newhaven Court at Clearview
- Sam Bartley, Anna Bodamer, Sandy Christy, Maricris Cooper, Dira Hasenflu, Jeff Lucco, Lisa Schaeffer, Alisha Wetzel, Olivia Wetzel, Colleen Cooper, Faith Kaltenbach
- The Woods at Cedar Run
- Maha Ayad, Emma Richey, Guilmary Rivera Rosario, Amy Simpson, Evalyne Simpson & Andrea Stiles, Mary Rodgers
- Candle Light Cove
- Cheryl Graham
- Colonial Courtyard at Bedford
- Grace Amato, Sharon Cogan, Karen Martin, Georgina Messinger, Kathleen Mills, Kelly Mills, Pamela Rhodes, & Sherry Pittman – who has also served 18 years!!
- Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone
- Cheryl Benson & Cynthia Wood
If you are fortunate to know these strong and dedicated individuals, please extend them praise for all their unyielding hard work serving our residents! We are forever grateful for them!
We will still be giving away a brand new car, but have targeted a spring event. With warmer weather, we’ll be able to host the majority of the events safely outdoors and will also have the luxury of a fully vaccinated team. We know how valuable this program is to our team members, so we are working hard to find a way to honor the integrity of the program while maintaining the safety of our teams.
Vaccine Update
We continue rolling out vaccines to all team and residents. This is not simply arranging a clinic and lining people up. We are working around the clock to educate, answer questions, provide research and efficacy information, and conduct confidential meetings. We are firm in our belief that the safest path for our residents and for opening our communities is directly correlated to the vaccination of our team members.
