The Memory Care Connections Group is a monthly educational and support series designed for caregivers, families, and community members seeking information, resources, and meaningful conversation around memory loss & dementia-related topics. Each session features engaging discussions, guest speakers, documentaries, or educational presentations focused on enhancing understanding, support, and quality of life for those impacted by memory impairment.
