IntegraCare SMS Terms of Use
These SMS Terms of Use apply to text message communications sent between IntegraCare Corporation (“IntegraCare,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and individuals using phone numbers assigned to IntegraCare employees through our internal phone system (Microsoft Teams Phone).

Purpose of the SMS Service
IntegraCare uses SMS solely for 1:1, human-initiated conversational communication between our employees and the individuals they interact with in the normal course of business. These messages may include:

This SMS service is not used for mass messaging, automated marketing campaigns, promotional outreach, or lead-generation blasts.

Opting In
By initiating a text message to an IntegraCare phone number or replying to a message sent by an IntegraCare employee, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your conversation. This consent applies only to the specific conversation and phone number involved.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the conversation and needs of the individuals involved. All messages are sent manually by IntegraCare staff.

Costs
IntegraCare does not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.

Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may resume communication by replying START. Following an opt-out request, we may send a single confirmation message.

Eligibility
This SMS service is intended for individuals communicating directly with an IntegraCare employee as part of an existing or ongoing relationship. It is not used for unsolicited marketing to individuals with whom IntegraCare has no prior interaction.
