A beautiful community brings peace of mind, but knowing you will receive prompt, in-person assistance brings even greater reassurance.

Whether for an urgent need or a simple request, a resident can ring a callbell to summon assistance. The resident both wears a pendant and can pull a pullcord.

It is part of our daily service, and we take callbell responses seriously. At Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone, a response means a caregiver arriving in person, not just a distant voice checking in.

When a resident rings their callbell, what is the average response time?

‘Response’ means a caregiver showing up in person, not just a distant voice checking in on status. Callbells aren’t only for emergencies. Many residents push their pendants every day for routine requests for assistance. They are part of our daily service to residents.
