EXTON, Pa. – Exton Senior Living earned U.S. News & World Report 2026 Best Senior Living status by achieving the highest possible rating in Memory Care.

Exton Senior Living’s Best Memory Care status is a result of U.S. News & World Report’s trusted, data-backed ratings of the best senior living communities across the United States.

“Our team is dedicated around the clock to supporting residents and their families in meaningful ways,” said Larry Rouvelas, CEO of IntegraCare, which operates Exton Senior Living. “At the end of the day, it’s not just about the setting. It’s about the experience and care that truly make a difference in people’s lives. Recognition from U.S. News as a Best Senior Living community reinforces that commitment and affirms the impact our teams are making every day.”

Now in its fifth year, the 2026 Best Senior Living ratings from U.S. News evaluated more than 3,000 communities across the United States. Communities were assessed on several key criteria, including resident and family member satisfaction with safety, care, community management, staff, value and other essential services and amenities.

U.S. News & World Report awards the designation of “Best Senior Living” only to those communities that meet its objective, data-driven standards, reflecting the feedback of hundreds of thousands of consumers nationwide. The highest-rated communities in each care level earned a Best Senior Living rating.

The survey results provide real-world perspectives from the people who matter most, residents and their families.

“My mom has been at Exton Senior Living for two years in the Memory Care neighborhood,” a family member responded in the survey. “The Exton team is wonderful and caring. I know that mom is safe, genuinely loved and well cared for.”

Another respondent appreciated the activities available to her mother.

“Exton Senior Living has provided my family with the comfort of knowing my mother in Memory Care is safe and provided with activities to keep her social,” she said. “Management is willing to work with you to ensure a valued experience is delivered to your loved one.”

U.S. News also recognizes outstanding performance in several areas with a High Performing accolade. This recognition is awarded to communities that scored in the top 25% of evaluated communities nationwide for caregiving, activities and enrichment, management and staff, food and “feels like home.”

In addition to the primary ratings, Exton Senior Living received accolades in Assisted Living-Feels Like Home; Memory Care-Management and Staff; Memory Care-Caregiving; Memory Care-Activities and Enrichment.

“Choosing a senior living community is a significant life decision for older adults and their families. U.S. News’ Best Senior Living ratings provide a transparent, data-driven tool to help families identify the highest-quality care available,” said Ben Harder, managing editor and chief of health analysis at U.S. News. “We commend the communities that have earned this distinction, which reflects a deep commitment to resident well-being and exceptional service.”
