5 IntegraCare Communities Post Consecutive Callbell Response Achievement Levels in Q2
WARRENDALE, Pa. – IntegraCare recognized five of its senior living communities whose teams repeated their achievement level in callbell responses during the second quarter in 2024. These communities maintained a level of excellence previously recognized in the first quarter.
When a resident needs assistance, whether it’s for routine help or an emergency, they can push a pendant they carry on them. During the second quarter, the teams at The Residence at Presque Isle Bay, Magnolias of Chambersburg and Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone repeated in Gold Level achievement for callbell responses; and Newhaven Court at Clearview and Queenstown Landing each repeated at the Silver Level for a second consecutive quarter.

The repeat callbell achievement certificate communities in the second quarter of 2024 responded to residents’ needs in consistent, reliable and timely fashion. Those are:
- Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone, Gold Level, average callbell response time of 2 minutes, 24 seconds.
- Magnolias of Chambersburg, Gold Level, average callbell response time of 1 minute, 30 seconds.
- The Residence at Presque Isle Bay, Gold Level, average callbell response time of 2 minutes.
- Newhaven Court at Clearview, Silver Level, average callbell response time of 3 minutes.
- Queenstown Landing, Silver Level, average callbell response time of 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
“When we introduced the achievement for callbell responses program in the final quarter of 2023, we envisioned this type of consistency and improvement,” Rouvelas said. “The dedicated teams in our communities take pride in answering the needs of our residents quickly and reliably. This provides peace of mind to both the residents and their family members.”
The repeat callbell achievement winners in the second quarter joined a group of six IntegraCare communities that either attained first-time recognition or moved up to Gold Level from previous Silver Level status. Those are:

- Newhaven Court at Lindwood, Gold Level, average callbell response time of 2 minutes, 12 seconds.
- Colonial Courtyard at Bedford, Silver Level, average callbell response time of 3 minutes.
- Glen Mills Senior Living, Silver Level, average callbell response time of 1 minute, 54 seconds.
- The Residence at Colvin Run, Silver Level, average callbell response time of 2 minutes, 48 seconds.
- The Residence at Fitz Farm, Silver Level, average callbell response time of 2 minutes, 36 seconds.
