In early 2024, we created The Residence at Fitz Farm Weekly Update, a Friday communication to families, sharing residents’ highlights, interests and activities. It’s a practice of transparency and connection that few communities take the time to do.
We learned from our resident and family survey and acted on the feedback. We wanted to make sure every question had an answer and every family felt connected to daily life inside our community.
The change worked. Families now stay informed, confident and engaged. Team members communicate more effectively with one another.
