Proceeds from March 7 event to benefit Alzheimer’s Association
BEDFORD – Soup’s on. The well-known phrase might be heard at Colonial Courtyard at Bedford on Wednesday, March 7.
The senior living community will hold its Homemade Soup Sale from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on March 7. Chicken noodle soup and chili will be sold at $7 a quart, including four rolls per quart. All proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.
“The soup and chili sale will provide a great meal for anyone on the go,” said Danielle Foor, Executive Director of Colonial Courtyard at Bedford. “The soup also is easy to freeze and may be saved for a later date. Plus, this is for a great cause in the Alzheimer’s Association.”
Colonial Courtyard at Bedford will take orders for the soup and chili through March 5. Those wishing to place an order may call 814.624.0100 to reserve their soup.
Soup and chili may be picked up at Colonial Courtyard at Bedford, located at 220 Donahue Manor Road in Bedford, on March 7.
“Our team’s homemade soup is a tasty and popular entrée,” said Bobbi Howsare, Director of Sales and Marketing of Colonial Courtyard at Bedford. “We encourage people to place their orders for this very important cause.”
