Senior Living Community presents certificates to 23 residents who served
GREENSBURG, Pa. – Newhaven Court at Lindwood hosted a special event to spotlight veterans on Nov. 8 at the senior living community.
A total of 23 veterans who served in the United States Armed Forces were honored during a Veterans Day-themed event presented by ViaQuest Home Health and Hospice. Each of the veterans received certificates.
“Our veterans have sacrificed so much for our country and our freedoms,” said Lori Grant, Executive Director of Newhaven Court at Lindwood. “As part of our Veterans Day commemoration, our team wanted to show its appreciation of the service and contributions made by these veterans and all of those men and women who have served. We are privileged to be a part of this special ceremony in honor of our residents who have made such a great contribution to our country.”
