Communicating Through Dementia
CAMP HILL, Pa. – The Woods at Cedar Run senior living community will host Communicating Through Dementia on Thursday, Feb. 27.
Lisa Livingston, Director of Genesis Rehab Services at The Woods, will discuss educational topics on dementia and communication during the 11 a.m. event held at the IntegraCare-operated senior living community located at 824 Lisburn Road in Camp Hill.
The event is free and open to the public with an RSVP. Attendees will receive a complimentary lunch.
“Those who attend this important discussion will have an opportunity to learn positive techniques. These techniques can benefit both caregivers and families,” said Malory Lyter, Community Leasing Director at The Woods. “Our community sees the value in educating the public on a very significant topic such as dementia. At The Woods, we are always advocating for more education.”
